Common issues
Unable to login
If you are unable to login to your Eneris account select the Forgot password? option on the sign in screen.
- This sends you a verification code to your email to reset your password.
- What you enter as your username and in the forgot password email are case-sensitive. Ensure you enter them exactly as registered when logging in.

Eneris Elevate (our new application) and Eneris Legacy (our previous application) are completely separate applications. They do not share a login.
- To use Eneris Elevate you must create a new account.
- If you had an Eneris Legacy account you may use the same email when creating an Eneris Elevate account.
- If you are an existing Eneris Legacy user and would like to migrate your account to Eneris Elevate see the instructions here.
Logging in to Eneris Legacy
If you are trying to login to Eneris Legacy (our previous application):
- Computer: Use this link.
- Apple device: Ensure you have the Eneris Legacy application downloaded from the App Store.
- Android device: Ensure you have the Eneris Legacy application downloaded from the Play Store.
