Welcome to Eneris, your ideal property inspection platform.

This is your guide to getting started with Eneris. If you’re new to using software for your inspection workflow, this is the guide you should start with.

What is Eneris?​

Eneris is a property inspection platform that helps you generate professional and interactive inspection reports with ease.

With Eneris, you can attach your findings (photos, video, and text) to every inspection item and present that information in a report for your client, or your team.

Signing up for an Eneris account​

To use Eneris, you must first sign up for an account.

Were you a user of Eneris Legacy (our original application)? This version of Eneris is a standalone application, which means you must create a new account.

  • You may use the same email address, if desired.

Download Eneris on your mobile device​

Eneris is available on Apple and Android devices (phones and tablets) so you can complete reports in the field — online or offline.

Apple​

You can download Eneris directly from the App Store on your iPhone or iPad. Follow the instructions below or click here to download the app.

  1. To use Eneris, you must first sign up for an account.
  2. Once you have created an account, open the App Store on your device.
  3. In the search bar, type Eneris and press search.
  4. Look for the Eneris logo and select the Eneris - Elevate app from the results.
  5. Select Get, or the cloud icon if you’ve downloaded the app previously, to install.
  6. After downloading, open the app and sign in to your Eneris account.

Once logged in, you’ll be able to create, edit, and sync reports just like on desktop — plus work entirely offline when needed. To learn how the app works offline, see our documentation on Offline Forms.

Android​

Eneris is available on the Google Play Store for Android phones and tablets. Follow the instructions below or click here to download the app.

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
  2. Search for Eneris.
  3. Select the Eneris - Elevate app from the list of results.
  4. Select Install.
  5. After downloading, open the app and sign up or sign in to your Eneris account.

Accessing Eneris on web​

In addition to mobile devices, Eneris can also be accessed on the web (desktop or laptop computer).

Simply sign up for an Eneris account and create, edit, and sync reports just like on your mobile devices.
