Which mobile devices are supported?

Apple (iOS and PadOS) and Android (phones and tablet) devices are supported.

Which browsers are supported?

Eneris may be accessed on a desktop or laptop computer.

The officially supported browsers are:

  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Safari

How long will inspection reports be available in Eneris?

Inspection reports are kept indefinitely, unless specifically stated otherwise. We do not delete inspection reports to save space.

Does Eneris share my inspection data and client information with third-parties such as insurance firms?

No. Eneris is solely dedicated to providing property inspectors with quality inspection software and does not have any incentive to share/sell your information.

What languages are spported?

At this time, the only officially supported language is English. Additional language support is planned.
