When to use Eneris
This guide will explain when you should consider using Eneris and when it’s not the best option.
When should you use Eneris?
Eneris is built for property inspectors who want fast, modern, and field-ready reporting. You’ll benefit most if:
- You’re a solo inspector or part of a small team and want a straightforward tool that doesn’t require training.
- You’re a large organization and value being able to customize your reporting platform without needing to reach out to a support team at every turn.
- You want to complete reports on-site, with or without internet.
- You’re looking for a clean, mobile-first interface that helps you focus on your findings — not on formatting.
- You value simple, customizable templates that align with industry standards like ASHI, InterNACHI, or your own SOP.
If your ideal workflow involves minimal typing, visual indicators for outstanding inspection items, and seamless sharing with clients — Eneris will likely be a good fit.
When is Eneris not the best option?
Eneris isn’t built for every type of workflow. As of October 2025, Eneris may not be the right tool for you at this time if:
- You require complex integrations with large enterprise software stacks or CRMs.
- You need fully custom report designs, like branded templates with unique layouts, columns, or detailed engineering calculations.
- You’re expecting advanced analytics dashboards or inspection trend tracking over time.
- You need extensive back office customization options (such as the ability to automate every customer touch point).
Eneris focuses on inspection reporting speed, clarity, and consistency. We may eventually built out the above capabilities, but they are not currently available as of October 2025.
If you’re looking for a reporting platform that doubles as a business intelligence or CRM system, you may want to explore more specialized tools. We hope this helps you make an informed decision for your business.
What are the minimum requirements to use Eneris?
To use Eneris, you must have access to a supported device.
- In addition to web (laptops and desktops), Eneris is supported on Apple (iOS and iPadOS) and Android devices. Minimum operating system and storage space requirements must be met.
- See the Quickstart page for links to access and download Eneris.
